Citi Bike Key

Register this key with your Citi Bike membership to unlock bikes in New York City, Jersey City, and Hoboken.

As a Citi Bike member, your first key is included with your Annual Membership. To receive your free code to claim your free first key, please log into your website profile here and it will be displayed on the right-hand side. Members who have already had a key associated with their account will not have the code visible, but may purchase a new key for $10 to link to their Citi Bike account. The code to claim your free key is a one-time offer, the order must be placed using the email address associated with your membership, limited to one per customer and account, and is non-transferable and may not be resold. We reserve the right to cancel any free key orders that do not qualify for redemption of the code.
